In the panel on the left of the doorway would have been the painting of Spring.
According
to Sogliano –
“Spring, in the
shape of a woman flying in the air, turning to the right, wearing a green robe
and red mantle, which covered her left arm and lower body; she held with her
left hand the four legs of a lamb, which she carried on her shoulder, and in
the right hand a wicker-basket with some milk/ricotta.”

According to Sogliano –
“Winter, in the shape of a woman flying in the air and turning to the left, with a dark-yellow robe, fluttering green mantle, which also covered her head, and yellow shoes; she held in the right hand, a branch devoid of leaves, and in the left lowered hand, Gaedechens saw two ducks of various colours, now vanished.”

nella sinistra abbassata [Rudolf] Gaedechens vide due anitre vario pinte, ora svanite.)
