VII.8. Pompeii Forum. Painting by Pasquale Maria Venera, of west side section of the Temple of Jupiter.

On the left, starting in the Via dei Soprastanti, the painting shows the street lararium painted on the pier of the arch known as Caio or Lucio Cesare, not documented in any other design. Also shown are the vaulted rooms beneath the podium.
