According to Bechi in RMB this may be Achilles playing the lyre, with Patroclus leaning on the throne, with the two young girls Diomedea of Lesbos, Achilles' favorite slave, and Ifi of Skyros, dear and beloved to Patroclus..

According to the ICCD scheda –
La tempera raffigura un candelabro grottesco
costituito da delfini accoppiati desinenti in volute, da una sfinge appoggiata
ad un "gorgoneìon" e da un medaglione con un busto-ritratto di un
bambino. La tempera raffigura un particolare della decorazione pittorica
parietale in IV stile dell'esedra 31 della Casa dei Capitelli colorati a Pompei
(VII.4.31), rimasta in situ ma in cattivo stato di conservazione. Si vedano la
tempera e l'acquerello inventariati ADS 610-611 di cui il soggetto fa parte.
(The painting
depicts a grotesque candelabrum consisting of dolphins coupled in volutes, a
sphinx leaning on a “gorgon” and a medallion with a portrait-bust of a child. The
painting depicts a detail of the wall decoration in the IV style of Exedra 31
of the House of the Coloured Capitals in Pompeii (VII.4.31), still in situ but
in a poor state of conservation. See the painting and watercolour inventoried
ADS 610-611 of which the subject is part.)
This was seen on the right of the painting of a priestess receiving the offerings from a maid to deposit upon the altar, on the north wall of the apsed room, the vertical band with grotesque candelabra is still conserved.
