Hercules, inebriated, is lying on the ground at the foot of a cypress tree.
On the altar, three Cupids, bear on their shoulders the hero's quiver.
Four other Cupids are on the ground playing with his club.
On the left a group of three females round a column with a vase on top.
The central figure, Omphale(?), seems to look with interest on the drunken hero.
On the right, half way up a mountain, sits Bacchus, surrounded by his attendants.
