According to Sogliano –
“In the middle of the panel was a large painting of which unfortunately only the lower right corner remains, in which one sees two feet (perhaps female), with sandals, and part of a figure of a Cupid. The lower part of the panel is divided into two panels (see above, fig.6).
In the centre of the upper panel there is a low basket containing vases, behind which rises a decoration, from which two shoots emerge in opposite directions, describing a slight curve. On the right-side stands a winged female figure, who with both hands strives to support a large calathus perhaps full of grapes: in front of her is another high basket. On the left is another winged female figure, in the act of emptying the calathus into a high basket. In the lower panels a hunt can be seen, with a wild boar and a doe being attacked by dogs.”
See Sogliano, A, La Casa dei Vettii, in Mon. Ant. 1898, fig.6 p.250-251.
