The painting has Casa del Naviglio written on the bottom left.
The Satyr holds a pedum and a bucket, the Maenad does not hold anything in her left hand.
The drawings below show the Satyr holding a bucket, but no pedum – the Maenad is holding a stick/baton.
The DAIR however identifies the above painting as being from V.1.18. The above is also shown there.

According to Costantino, this room was a triclinium and would have had a floor of opus sectile containing slabs of marble which would have been the same as in the zoccolo.
These were not present, perhaps they had been removed prior to the eruption and had not yet been re-applied.
The preparation for their insertion again could be seen in the north-west corner of the room.
The fourth style decoration was preserved only on the east
and west walls of the room.
The north and south walls contained two vast doorway entrances, which took up
most of their walls.

According to Jashemski, the garden had a portico on the south supported by two pillars and four columns.
It was joined by a low wall with a space for planting in the top.
In the centre of the garden, there are the remains of the masonry summer triclinium.
In the centre of the triclinium, the base for the table still remains.
