According to Kockel it is not mentioned in the excavation reports.

He presumes it to have been found in 1774 at the same times as the marble plaques.

The back takes the form of a feminine hairstyle with a bun at the back of the head.

According to Cooley, this translated as –

Marcus Arrius Diomedes, freedman of a woman, (set this up) to himself and his family to their memory;

President of the Fortunate Augustan Suburban Country District.
