The area in red is temporarily known as IX.12.B Casa di Fedra or House of Phaedra (still under excavation) and is now no longer part of IX.12.9. IX.12.A rooms 1 to 4, also still under excavation, are, for now, still included by us in IX.12.9. The room numbers are those referred to on the pompeiiinpictures pages for IX.12.9.  This plan is to help you accurately locate the rooms shown in the photographs of this house.  Please be aware that the room numbers shown may differ from any other plans or records both published and unpublished.
