You will note the names L. Caecili Communis and M. Stron Favor also appear on house VII.14.15.

Two separate bronze seals were found embossed with these names, although there seems to be some confusion over their actual find location.

According to Varone, written on a column in the atrium was:

Romula

hic cum

Staphylo

moratur      [CIL IV 2060]

He translated this as “Romula spent time here with Staphylos”.
