According to Pagano and Prisciandaro, a graffito found in May 1831 on the pilaster between VI.13.1 and 2, on the right, was –
Holconium
Priscum
verecundissimum d(ignum) r(ei) p(ublicae) aed(ilem) o(ro) v(os) f(aciatis) dignissimum. [CIL IV 309]

According to Della Corte, he hypothesised that the owner of house at VI.13.2, was possibly a “Philippus”.
Philippus was mentioned in the recommendation found painted in red, on the external wall of VI.13.1, at the corner in the western vicolo. It read –
Philippus, gaudens (facit) [CIL IV 304]
