VI.9.11 Pompeii. March 2009. Looking towards rear doorway of tablinum of VI.9.5. Originally this doorway from the tablinum would have led to out onto a portico and rear garden 30. The triclinium on the north side of the tablinum, on the right, would also have led out onto the garden. According to Jashemski, Overbeck-Mau reported a pool on the right side of the garden. The garden, pool and portico are now completely destroyed due to a collapse of the vault of the cellar below. See Jashemski, W. F., 1993. The Gardens of Pompeii, Volume II: Appendices. Originally this doorway from the tablinum would have led to out onto a portico and rear garden 30.

The triclinium on the north side of the tablinum, on the right, would also have led out onto the garden.

According to Jashemski, Overbeck-Mau reported a pool on the right side of the garden.

The garden, pool and portico are now completely destroyed due to a collapse of the vault of the cellar below.
