According to Briggs –
“The top enrichment is modelled in stucco and projects about 1 ½ inches from the wall, next to the ceiling.
The height of the decoration from the red band to the ceiling, is 1 foot 6 inches, and the ceiling is 8 feet 3 inches from the floor.
The heads of Medusa are painted with great care, as indeed is the whole of the Decoration.”
