The niche on the left of the doorway was described as in “ambiente 85”.
In May 1755, near 85 a small niche in the wall of the portico, 47 fragments of terracotta were found in the ash, relating to two figures.
When restored, they showed la Carita Romana, the roman charity.
Now in Naples Archaeological Museum, inventory number 22580.
