The inscription above reads

SEVERV[S] L XIII.  ΛLBΛNVS SC L XIX V      [CIL IV 8056]

According to Epigraphik-Datenbank Clauss/Slaby (See www.manfredclauss.de) this reads

Severus l(ibertus) |(victoriarum) XIII |(periit) // Albanus sc(aeva?) l(iber) |(victoriarum) XIX v(icit) // "GR" Bassus        [CIL IV 8056]

The SC has been taken to indicate left handed or the name Scaurus resulting in differing translations:

Severus, of free status, victorious 13 times, earned a reprieve. 

Albanus, left-hander, of free status, victorious 19 times, won.

According to Varone, these translate as

Severus, freedman, 13 fights. 

Albanus, freedman of Scaurus, 19 fights, winner.
